Swagelok London offers preconfigured sample systems for both liquid and gas applications. Our systems provide accurate and efficient means for capturing representative gas or liquid samples from pipelines, tanks or systems and transporting to the lab for analysis. When looking for standard designs across sites and between locations, high quality products, one supplier for all your components and short service lead times, we can help you.
Our Fabrication, Assembly & Build (FAB) team can also work with you to create customised grab sample modules. Our trained engineers have extensive experience to assist you with the design of your sample system. They are then assembled locally by our team of certified technicians to provide you with the same quality and availability you expect from Swagelok products, also backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Grab Sample Module (GSM)
Swagelok’s Grab Sample Module (GSM) is closed-loop, cylinder sampling system for use with gas, liquid and two-phase processes. A key feature of the 8 standard Swagelok GSM systems is a tandem 40G series switching valve that simplifies operation while isolating and capturing the sample. Multiple options are available and the panels are easily customized to meet your needs.

- Fixed-volume, closed-loop grab sampling systems are for use with low vapour-pressure liquids. Systems use a septa lidded bottle of specified volume to collect a sample safely for lab analysis.

Swagelok’s Grab Sample Cylinder (GSC) assemblies are sold separately from GSM sampling systems and feature the highest quality components for safe capture and transportation of samples. GSC assemblies come standard with Swagelok D series needle valves. Multiple options are available and GSC assemblies are easily customized to meet your needs.
